BREATHING 101
Before we begin the next important lesson, let’s quickly recap what you have learned thus far. You by now should know that physical control is greatly affected by your emotional and mental control. We already know that we can influence the state of our body by changing what we think about and in turn increase our lasting ability. I have stressed the need to relax and let go of the anxiety which is holding you back. There is something you can do physically in order to greatly improve your emotional state and that bad boy is called Breathing. I am going to share with you my special Breathing Technique to show you how to correctly breathe for maximum control, and a ninja trick you can use TODAY to release all the built up tension and reset your ejaculatory response time.
Good breathing is essential for physical control and emotional stability. Changing your breathing technique is so powerful in itself that it can completely change your lasting ability. Correct breathing before and during sex eliminates nervousness and anxiety and helps keep the body’s nervous system in a relaxed state. Breathing correctly and knowing when to slightly alter breathing during sex will produce amazing results for you.
Fast and shallow breathing is something associated with extreme fatigue or negative emotions; picture a marathon runner at the finish line or somebody experiencing anxiety. Now why would you want to be finishing something that you so badly want to prolong? You wouldn’t! But your breathing most probably says otherwise. In order to keep your body in an optimal state mentally and physiologically during sex, it is ABSOLUTELY PARAMOUNT to slow your breathing down, and I mean right down. Taking slow deep breaths through your nose and feeling the breath all the way down to the stomach whilst breathing out from your mouth is in my opinion and experience the most successful way to slow things right down. Slow and deep breathing keeps you calmer and more appreciative of what is going on in front of you, instead of promoting the finish line.
Ninja Trick
Now onto my SECRET NINJA TRICK which has saved me many times from finishing too quickly. When you feel like you are close to finishing or are overly anxious/nervous, take a fast and very deep breath through your nose and quickly out your mouth. This breath is even deeper and much faster than how your controlled breathing should be as explained before, and this can be done a couple of times in a row depending on how you feel at the time. Now you don’t have to stop what you are doing in order to achieve this or sound like a gorilla which is about to go nuts, you can do it quietly and your partner will not even know you are doing it!
Try it sitting in front of your computer screen a couple of times and realise how you feel??? You should instantly feel calmer and even get a rush of oxygen to the head.
